Job summary

Lyka Pet Food is seeking a Partnerships Manager for the Veterinary Channel in Australia. This field-based role focuses on building trusted relationships with clinics, delivering customised engagement, and driving measurable growth across territory.

You will manage a pipeline of educational visits, product discussions, and clinic trials to increase BRMO/BUMO adoption and clinic revenue. You will actively participate in events, conferences and veterinary education activities while supporting

Qualifications

3+ years of field sales experience in healthcare, vet, or specialist channels.
Proven ability to translate science into compelling healthcare messages.
Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build clinic relationships through regular field visits and tailored plans.
Plan educational visits, product discussions, and clinic trials to grow brand use in clinics.
Serve as main clinic contact, coordinating with cross-functional teams for a seamless experience.
Manage customer acquisition budget to optimise CAC and drive revenue growth.
Analyse territory performance and clinic feedback to refine strategy.
Own territory P&L and drive growth with budget discipline.
Represent Lyka at conferences and vet events to boost clinic trust.
