• Ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling messages for professional channels.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, clinic-specific relationships through regular field visits and customised engagement plans within territory.
• Plan and execute a pipeline of educational visits, product discussions, lunch-and-learns, and clinic trials to grow BRMO/BUMO and clinic revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, providing timely support and collaborative solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Actively manage customer acquisition budget to optimise CAC and deliver maximum commercial return.
• Analyse territory sales performance, acquisition data, BRMO/BUMO metrics, and clinic feedback to refine strategy.
• Own the territory - level P&L contribution, driving growth while ensuring budget efficiency.
• Actively participate in conferences, veterinary schools, and professional events to grow Lyka's profile and deepen clinic trust; support local veterinary education events.
