Job summary

Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) is seeking a permanent, part-time Working in Partnership Lead to join the People, Culture and Safety team. This 0.8 FTE role embeds collaboration with Autistic people, leads the Autism Plan and Partnership Charter, and facilitates advisory groups.

You will coordinate lived experience co-production, drive engagement, and monitor outcomes while building accessible resources. NSW driver’s licence and checks required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Lived experience as an Autistic person.
• High-level written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research and report-writing abilities.
• Understanding of decision-making and policy in not-for-profit environments.
• Experience consulting with Autistic people and advisory groups.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience developing and implementing organisational projects or strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the Aspect Autism Plan.
• Oversee the Working in Partnership Charter and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate Aspect Advisory Council and Think Tank.
• Coordinate lived experience co-production across Aspect.
• Support cultural improvement in partnership with Autistic people and communicate outcomes.
• Drive engagement activities to promote the Autism Plan and Charter.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on plan implementation and impact.
