  • Support continuous cultural improvement in working in partnership with Autistic people and communicate consultation outcomes back to relevant groups.
  • Drive engagement and communication activities that promote awareness and understanding of Aspect’s Autism Plan and Working in Partnership Charter.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the implementation and impact of the Autism Plan and Working in Partnership Charter.
  • High‑level written and oral communication skills, including writing for different audiences.
  • High‑quality analytical, research and report‑writing skills.
  • Understanding of decision‑making and policy processes in a not‑for‑profit environment.
  • Understanding of social policy and service‑delivery issues in a human services environment.
  • Demonstrated successful project management experience.
  • High‑level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience consulting with Autistic people, advisory groups, leaders and business units to co‑produce organisational outcomes.
  • Experience developing, implementing, evaluating and reporting on organisational projects or strategies.
  • Current driver’s licence and use of own vehicle for business purposes.
  • Flexibility to undertake state and interstate travel.

You’ll also need a current Working with Children Check (NSW) (paid for by employee) and National Police Check (paid for by Aspect).

Don’t meet every single requirement? That’s okay.

We know that not all candidates are likely to check every box, and we value diverse experiences and perspectives.
