Job summary

Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Adelaide team and make a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people and adults. You will manage your own caseload within a supportive clinical team and work in participants' homes, schools, or communities to build practical skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Full AHPRA registration.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (km and tolls reimbursed).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working With Children Check (state-based).
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You, click here to access.
• Current RRHAN-EC certification (South Australia) or willingness to obtain (where required).
• International police check (if required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy supports to 3 - 4 participants per day in community settings.
• Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks.
• Build strategies that are strengths-based, functional, and meaningful.
• Support participants to develop independence and everyday life skills.
• Work both autonomously in the community and as part of a highly supportive team.
