Job summary

Living My Way is seeking a Business Development professional to expand referral networks and growth across Greater Sydney, focusing on disability, health and community sectors. The role emphasizes relationship-building, opportunities identification and external stakeholder engagement to support sustainable growth.

You'll collaborate with the Growth & Engagement team to ensure a positive customer experience and drive participation in supports like Plan Management and Supported Self-Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
• A proactive, results-focused approach with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral pathways across Greater Sydney.
• Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and health professionals.
• Generate leads through networking, events and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent Living My Way at industry events and community forums.
• Support prospective Participants through referral and onboarding processes.
• Maintain CRM records and contribute to growth targets.
