Job summary

HenderCare is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow aged care and disability services across Adelaide via business development and stakeholder engagement. You’ll build referral pathways with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, coordinators and community organisations.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you’ll manage partnerships, grow a client pipeline, and represent the company at events, while tracking leads and outcomes against targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or at least three years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally in aged care, disability, health or community services.
• You’ll have strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A current driver’s licence is required.
• Experience preparing tender submissions and written responses to selection criteria would be an advantage.
