The Local Project is a rapidly growing design publication covering Australia, New Zealand and North America. Reporting to the Editor, the Partnerships Editor will support client and partner content from ideation through publication, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive reach and engagement.

You’ll track editorial timelines, ensure quality standards, and contribute to growth via digital analytics and SEO. This is a hybrid role, onsite in Sydney with some remote work.

Formación

• Applicants will have a strong editorial background with a focus on client and partner content.
• Experience commissioning, editing and producing high-quality print and digital content.
• Leadership or mentoring experience with small teams or contributors.
• Collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally with creative and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Partnerships team to ideate, manage and deliver partner content.
• Manage workflow of partner content from ideation through to publication, on time and on brief.
• Commission freelance and in-house writers to write original content.
• Edit content for accuracy, clarity, spelling, grammar and SEO, balancing style with client objectives.
• Work with Digital Team on key digital analytics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor competitor channels for trends to support strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report on key metrics to the executive leadership team.
