Jobgether is seeking a Head of Content and Editorial to shape strategy, standards, and performance for a growing technology business. Remote in Australia. Lead a writers team, drive AI-assisted workflows, and align with marketing and product to deliver measurable content outcomes.

You will own editorial vision, set standards, and experiment with new approaches to maximize impact while maintaining quality. Expect executive collaboration and a high-trust, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams of writers and maintaining high content quality.
• Outstanding writing and editing with ability to transform drafts into polished material.
• Practical experience using AI tools to create and improve content while preserving quality.
• Comfort with content metrics, evaluating results, and informing decisions with data.
• Well-developed editorial judgment and ability to make decisions and test ideas.
• Background in technology, software, SaaS, or technical content with clear value communication.
• Ability to connect editorial priorities with customer needs, product, and marketing goals.

• Collaborative and curious approach to understand products and customers.
