Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to empower our partner community through education, support and collaboration in a hybrid Australian office.

You will oversee partner-led implementations, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and act as the main contact for delivery issues. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, professional services, consulting, customer implementations, or a related field.
• Exposure to collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, vendors, or customer-facing organizations is preferred.
• Exposure to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of project management tools and systems; experience with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, OpenAir or comparable platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Adaptable mindset, capable of adjusting to fast-changing project demands.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% with potential for international travel.
• Associates are expected to work a flexible hybrid model 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Serve as main contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.
• Guide partners through onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
• Analyze partner delivery trends and refine deployment processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, align internal teams, and report status.
• Connect partners with the right technical resources at milestones.
