Job summary

ADP is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Enablement Services to empower our partner community through education, support and collaboration. You will oversee partner-led implementations, manage risks and timelines, and guide onboarding with best practices.

Role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work in a flexible hybrid setup (3 days in the office). Travel up to 20% may be required, including international trips.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in project coordination or related roles.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams, partners, vendors or customer-facing groups is preferred.
  • Exposure to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic understanding of PM tools; experience with JIRA/Confluence/Salesforce/OpenAir is a plus but not required.
  • Flexible hybrid work model; travel up to 20% or more, including potential international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee partner-led implementations ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the main contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.
  • Guide partners through onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologies.

Position Title : Associate Project Manager (Enablement Services - Workforce Software)
Position Purpose :

Empowering the partner community through education, support and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution & Delivery – Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.

  • Issue Resolution – Act as the main point of contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.

  • Process Improvement – Analyze partner delivery trends and refine processes for better deployments.

  • Technical Resource Connection Ensure partners access the right technical support at key milestones.

Skills & Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, professional services, consulting, customer implementations, or a related field

  • Exposure to collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, vendors, or customer-facing organizations is preferred

  • Exposure to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Basic understanding of project management tools and systems is preferred. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, OpenAir, or comparable platforms is a plus, but not required.

  • Adaptable mindset, capable of adjusting to fast-changing project demands.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% with the potential for international travel.

  • Associates are expected to work a flexible hybrid model 3 days per week in the office.

Certifications/Qualifications:

A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job.
