Linfox Intermodal in Melbourne is seeking a part-time administrator to support inbound freight, paperwork, and daily operations. The role involves coordinating with forklift drivers and a warehouse clerk, updating plans in Blue Yonder, and maintaining records in SharePoint and Excel.

You will work 2–3 days per week, typically mornings, contributing to safe and efficient warehouse throughput and timely dispatch.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administration experience within a warehouse, transport, logistics or operational environment would be highly regarded.
• Ability to communicate confidently with operational teams including forklift drivers and drivers.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and cut-off times.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SharePoint is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder or related freight systems is beneficial but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate inbound freight and support daily workflow to ensure freight is unloaded, staged and ready for dispatch within required cut-off times.
• Support the day-to-day workflow of a small operational team during the early part of the shift.
• Process driver paperwork and maintain accurate freight, load and weight information across systems.
• Update load plans in Blue Yonder and print revised load sheets as needed.
• Maintain records across SharePoint and Excel and adapt plans as stock arrival times change.
• Assist with site safety by recording incidents, near misses and hazards.
