Job summary

Linfox Intermodal is seeking a detail‑oriented admin/warehouse assistant for a permanent part‑time role at our Truganina site, 6:00am–2:00pm, 2–3 days per week. You’ll support inbound freight, coordinate with forklift drivers and a small team, and keep freight data accurate across systems.

You’ll use Blue Yonder, SharePoint and Excel to print revised load sheets, update plans and maintain records. A proactive approach and strong organisation are essential in our safe, fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a warehouse or transport environment is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate with forklift operators and drivers.
• Strong organisation and time management to meet deadlines and cut-offs.
• High attention to detail when processing paperwork and data.
• Comfort using Excel; Blue Yonder or SharePoint experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound freight and ensure dispatch within required cut-off times.
• Support a small operational team during the early shift.
• Process driver paperwork and maintain freight data across systems.
• Update load plans in Blue Yonder and print revised sheets.
• Maintain records in SharePoint and Excel and adapt to changes.
• Support site safety by recording incidents and hazards.
