Linfox's Intermodal business unit is seeking an Operations Administrator to join the Tumut NSW team. You will provide administrative support to transport operations, supporting drivers and subcontractors servicing NSW and interstate.

In a small team, you will create transport paperwork, process PODs, manage manifests and support customer enquiries, with a permanent full-time schedule Monday–Friday. Key responsibilities include paperwork creation, manifests, safe journey plans, and coordinating

Qualificações

• Experience in administration or operations support, with transport experience valued.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume paperwork.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide timely administrative support.
• Strong communication with customers, drivers, and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain driver and subcontractor paperwork, including manifests and delivery docs.
• Utilise Blue Yonder and customer systems to create manifests and coordinate delivery time slots.
• Process PODs and supporting documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding delivery times and paperwork.
