Qualificações

About the opportunity

As part of the Branch Staff team at Matraville Plumbing, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. No industry experience? No problem. We believe skills can be taught. Whether you're new to the industry or looking for your next career opportunity, we'll set you up for success with:

Your day-to-day

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.

We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset. Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone. Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate. Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems. Holds a clean, valid driver's licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential. Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
