Job summary

Ministry Training Strategy Ltd in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a part-time Systems & Payments Administrator to support payments, donations and digital platforms. The role involves maintaining accurate financial processes, donor records, and administration across multiple systems.

Working closely with the Head of Operations & Pastoral Development, you will prioritise accuracy, with flexibility for out-of-hours work, and contribute to the smooth operation of MTS’s ministry training programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial/payment administration.
• Experience with donor/CRM databases (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, Donor Hub, Folio) or willingness to learn.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and advanced formulas.
• Experience in a not-for-profit, church, or ministry context.

Responsibilities

• Support the systems and processes behind MTS's Trusted Framework, ensuring accurate administration of payments, donations and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Head of Operations & Pastoral Development and Registrar to maintain reliable processes and data.
• Take ownership of recurring payment and donor-related tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Assist with website CMS and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
