Job summary

Northshore Christian Grammar School (NCGS) in Alkimos is seeking a meticulous Student Services Officer for a part-time, permanent role commencing 12 October 2026 or negotiable. The position is 43 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week, equivalent to 0.9042 FTE with 9 weeks of paid leave.

You will support students, handle records, assist with administration, and provide a caring first-aid function within a faith-based school community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High IT literacy and ability to use school administration systems.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, students and families.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students and provide support throughout the day.
• Manage student records, attendance administration and documentation with accuracy.
• Provide first aid, administer medication and maintain student medical records.
• Support communications by responding to enquiries and preparing student-related correspondence.
• Provide administrative support through record management and event coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with school policies and legal requirements.
• Demonstrates Christian faith and active church involvement as per the Association’s Statement of Faith.
