Job summary

Campus Living Villages (CLV) is seeking a proactive Sales Support Agent for a 12-month part-time contract (4 days per week) in Sydney. You will engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and live chat to guide them through their accommodation journey.

With a background in customer service, you’ll contribute to occupancy targets by nurturing leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and supporting sales campaigns and university events. A positive, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential.
• Driven to achieve targets and follow up opportunities.
• Confident communicator (written and verbal) with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Contribute to occupancy and revenue targets across all villages by managing enquiries, nurturing leads and converting prospective residents in the sales pipeline into bookings
• Provide accurate and timely information to students and their families
• Assist with sales campaigns and university/careers expos
• Build strong relationships with students, universities and internal stakeholders
