Job summary

Campus Living Villages Australia is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Sales Support Agent on a 12-month part-time contract (4 days per week). You will engage with prospective residents via phone, email, web chat, and events to guide them through their accommodation journey.

Key responsibilities include responding to enquiries, nurturing leads, contributing to occupancy and revenue targets, and supporting campaigns with universities and expos. Experience in StarRez or Zendesk is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Contribute to occupancy and revenue targets across all villages by managing enquiries, nurturing leads and converting prospective residents in the sales pipeline into bookings
• Provide accurate and timely information to students and their families
• Assist with sales campaigns and university/careers expos
• Build strong relationships with students, universities and internal stakeholders
