Job summary

Campus Living Villages (CLV) on the Gold Coast, Sydney or Brisbane is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead occupancy growth for our student accommodation communities. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will build a pipeline from the ground up by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and securing group accommodation arrangements.

This hands-on role rewards proactive business development with measurable results and requires strong

Qualifications

Proven success in business development, sales or partnership management.
Experience generating new business and building a pipeline from scratch.
Strong stakeholder engagement, networking and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded, proactive and results-focused.
Ability to work independently while building strong relationships internally and externally.
Experience in education, student accommodation, hospitality, property or related services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy growth.
Build partnerships with universities, education providers, and referral channels.
Generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Secure group accommodation, bulk bookings, and partnerships.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, presentations and site tours.
Identify market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to achieve occupancy targets.
