Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Belconnen seeks a Part Time Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist, coach the team, and own store performance two days a week. This is a great step for retail leaders looking to grow with a fast-moving eyewear brand.

We offer an attractive pro rata package up to 85k including bonuses, plus eyewear allowances and hands-on leadership training as we scale across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor or management level.
• Confident leader who develops others.
• Passionate about creating great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance.
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable.
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time.
