Inside Outside Facility Services – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Part Time Senior Building Manager to support our client base. At least 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

You will be a great communicator, active operator and administrator who balances office administration with site and contractor supervision and issue resolution, following management procedures and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a high performing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in building/facilities management or strata environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance office administration with site supervision and contractor scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations in line with operational requirements.
• Operate and maintain building management systems and equipment for reliable functionality.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and communications to tenants, owners, contractors and managers.
• Prepare monthly/annual reporting and documentation.
• Oversee contractors and service schedules to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
• Provide after-hours assistance when needed.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise cleaning staff and perform inspections.
• Adhere to WHS and safe work methods for a safe working environment.
