Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our Adelaide team on a part-time basis. You will handle end-to-end sales administration, order processing, invoicing, and dealer and customer queries with accuracy.

This role requires SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce experience, excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service, order management.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA (essential).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from dealers, key accounts and international customers.
• Process sales orders and maintain customer records using SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.
• Coordinate invoicing, order fulfilment, dispatch and shipment tracking.
• Support domestic and international logistics through freight providers.
• Support software subscriptions, licensing and renewal processes.
• Assist with stocktake and inventory administration.
• Generate sales reporting and administrative documentation as required.
• Provide dealer network support, including portal administration and user accounts.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence across sales.
