Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service, order management, or a similar support role.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA (essential).
• Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer enquiries from dealers, key accounts, and international customers.
• Process sales orders and maintain customer records using SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.
• Coordinate invoicing, order fulfilment, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
• Support domestic and international logistics through freight providers.
• Support software subscriptions, licensing, and renewal processes.
• Assist with stocktake activities and inventory administration.
• Generate sales reporting and administrative documentation as required.
• Provide dealer network support, including portal administration and user account management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the sales function.

We're currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Adelaide team. This is a pivotal role supporting our dealer network, key accounts, international customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure orders, enquiries, and customer requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.

You will provide end-to-end sales administration support across order processing, invoicing, customer service, logistics coordination, reporting, and dealer support activities. Key Responsibilities
