Job summary

Swatch Group in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to bring the brand’s energy to life in-store and create memorable customer experiences. You will engage customers, showcase watches, stay informed about new products and promotions, and help the team achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of delivering outstanding service while maintaining merchandising standards across the store and assisting with stock

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience
• Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience
• Keep up to date with our new products, promotions and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions
• Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
• Ensure the store always looks its best, including products displays and following merchandising standards
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
• Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries
