Swatch is seeking a Sales Associate for the Pitt Street Store to bring energy, passion and excitement to the brand every day. You will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales performance and embody Swatch's vibrant energy in-store.

As a brand ambassador, you will champion a customer-first culture, engage customers, stay current on new products and promotions, and support with stock management and warranty queries to help the team meet and exceed targets.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a customer-first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience.
• Utilise customer engagement skills with a focus on loyalty and in-store experience.
• Keep up to date with new products and promotions and participate in regular training.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the store looks its best, including product displays and merchandising standards.
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktakes and stock management.
• Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries.
