Job summary

Santa Maria College Northcote in Melbourne seeks an Ongoing Part Time Risk and Compliance Officer (0.6FTE). The role supports risk management, compliance oversight and documentation across college operations, reporting to the Principal via the Business Manager.

The ideal candidate will have compliance/risk credentials, experience with ERM and incident reporting, and the ability to translate complex legislation into plain language. Working with children checks are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret legislation into plain language.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Administer risk and compliance documentation, audits and reporting.
• Support HR Manager when required and liaise with Business Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations, Learning Leaders and leadership team to manage risks.
