The role reports to the Deputy Principal Staff & Operations and collaborates with the Business Manager and Facilities Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of child safety regulations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Emergency management duties and planning.
• Return to work coordination and compliance tasks.
• Health and safety program oversight.
• Policy review and development aligned to MACS directives.
• Oversight of legislation and regulations impacting compliance.
• Child safety program oversight.
• Consent2Go management.
• VRQA registration and school review processes.
• Oversight of the staff compliance reporting system.
• First Aid coordination.
• MACS Guard and related safety duties.
• Management of SHSPs including anaphylaxis plans with parents/guardians.
