Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited seeks a dedicated Village Coordinator to run the Emmaus Village in Kemps Creek, overseeing daily operations, occupancy, finances and compliance. You will support residents to live independently with dignity, while coordinating administration and community activities in a hands-on role.

This permanent part-time role requires strong organisation, budgeting skills and a passion for elder care within a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property administration, retirement living or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with budgets, financial administration and reporting.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.
• A genuine passion for supporting older people and Catholic Healthcare’s Mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee village operations, presentation, safety and resident services.
• Manage enquiries, tours, tenancy agreements, occupancy records and new resident orientation.
• Build strong resident relationships and resolve feedback promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance, refurbishments, contractors and community activities.
• Manage administration, invoices, budgets and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with tenancy, safety and organisational requirements.
