Job summary

Westpac Banking Group is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Implementation Manager in Sydney. This permanent, part-time role requires coordinating product implementations and change requests for institutional customers with a cross-functional team.

You will work with Product, Sales, Service, RM and Operations to manage requirements, risks and milestones, ensuring smooth customer experiences across payables/receivables technologies.

Qualifications

• Two to three years project implementation experience is essential.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence; Agile and Waterfall methods preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Finance; Project Management certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product implementations and change requests for institutional customers.
• Coordinate implementations from start to finish with clear milestones.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Service, Relationship Management and Operations to deliver requirements.
• Manage risks and issues to keep projects moving forward.
