The role supports customers and bankers, partnering with Relationship Directors and deal teams to deliver seamless lending solutions while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring and executing complex lending and security transactions in corporate or commercial banking.
• Knowledge of bilateral lending facilities, debt products, and facility operations; club lending is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate term sheets, facility agreements, and related documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management to build trusted cross-team relationships.
• Solid credit, risk, and commercial judgment balancing customer and business outcomes.
