Job summary

Westpac in Shepparton, VIC, is hiring a part-time Personal Banking Advisor to welcome customers and offer tailored banking solutions in person and over the phone. You will help clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining strong service standards in a friendly branch environment.

This 30.4-hour-per-week role runs 9am–5pm across days to be agreed. If you’re energetic, customer-focused and keen to learn, you’ll thrive in our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Resilience to stay calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Comfortable calling customers and referring to specialist Banking teams when needed.
• Numerical ability with cash handling and financial transactions accuracy.
• Enthusiastic, helpful personality and eagerness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Westpac and discuss their needs to provide tailored banking solutions.
• Assist customers in-person and over the phone to help them reach their financial goals.
• Refer customers to specialist Banking teams when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain high service standards.
