Westpac Bank in Swan Hill, VIC is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor for a part-time role at our local branch. You will welcome customers, understand their money goals, and provide tailored banking solutions in person and over the phone.

With approx. 30.4 hours weekly across Monday to Friday, training and guidance will support your success and career growth within Westpac.

Personal Banking Advisor - Swan Hill, VIC

As a Personal Banking Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!

This is a part-time, branch-based role of approximately 30.4 hours per week, with start and finish times varying between 8.30am – 5pmacross and inclusive of Monday to Friday.

What do I need?

• Customer service and sales experience,ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role withexperience of working to targets
• Resilience, with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations
• Comfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone
• Numerical capability, ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy
• An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people!
• The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
