Job summary

Westpac Echuca branch is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to welcome customers and understand their needs, offering tailored banking solutions both in-branch and over the phone. You will use product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals, refer to specialist Banking teams when needed, and contribute to a welcoming, high-service culture every day.

This is a full-time, branch-based role with hours across Monday to Friday, and comprehensive training to support your development

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing/phone-based role with targets.
• Resilience to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable meeting sales/referral targets and calling customers.
• Numerical capability with cash handling and financial transactions.
• Energetic personality and passion for helping people.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to banking procedures and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Westpac and discuss their needs to tailor banking solutions.
• Assist customers in-person and over the phone using product knowledge.
• Refer customers to specialised Banking teams when necessary.
