Investa is seeking a motivated People and Development Business Partner to lead our learning and development strategy and manage the budget for our People & Culture team in Sydney. This part-time role spans 3 days per week, with hours adaptable across days.

You will drive programs that help people grow and advance their careers, aligning with our inclusive, flexible culture. You'll partner with leaders to implement practical learning solutions, oversee the Leadership Academy, design onboarding,

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Learning or similar field (L&D qualification bonus).
• Hands-on experience planning, developing and delivering learning solutions.
• Confidence facilitating learning programs and team workshops.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and development planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trust at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and development strategy and manage the learning platform and budget.
• Partner with leaders to tailor learning solutions for teams and individuals.
• Grow leaders by reviewing Leadership Academy and supporting high-potential employees.
• Guide development planning processes so plans are used effectively.
• Run induction programs and deliver development planning training for new starters.
