Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll processing with award interpretation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems configuration and HRIS interfaces.
• Familiarity with Modern Awards and statutory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations with external provider for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy including leave, benefits, tax, superannuation and year-end processes.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
