Job summary

Tailored Talent Solutions – Sydney CBD NSW is partnering with a boutique professional services firm to recruit a part-time payroll assistant for 2–3 days per week. The role requires on-site presence a minimum of 2 days weekly and offers strong support and career development in a collaborative finance team.

Key duties include processing payroll, onboarding/offboarding staff, handling superannuation and payroll tax, and producing payroll-related reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years payroll experience.
• Proficient in Xero.
• Bachelor Degree (or currently studying towards).
• CA or CPA qualification preferred but not required.

Tailored Talent Solutions is partnering with a boutique professional services firm in their recruitment of a part-time payroll assistant, 2 - 3 days per week.

This role requires the person to be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week

Working closely with the Finance and Operations Managers in a supportive team that offer strong support and career development

This role would suit someone with payroll experience who is looking for a flexible part-time role. Days and hours are flexible and can be 2 full days or 4- or 5-part days depending on the candidate.

The main responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to.

• Processing payroll
• Onboarding and offboarding staff
• Superannuation
• Payroll Tax
• Production reports
• Industry Surveys.

The successful candidate will have;

• 2 + years payroll experience
• Proficient in Xero
• BachelorDegree (or currently studying towards)
• CA or CPA qualified preferred but not required
