Job summary

Real Futures is seeking a Part-time Parent Pathways Mentor to support eligible parents with career planning and education pathways. The role focuses on maintaining a caseload, conducting assessments, and partnering with stakeholders to create tailored participation plans.

Applicants should have experience in community services and strong communication skills. Three days per week, with opportunities for development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Service, Children, Youth and Families or Employment Services.
• Administration experience with CRM/databases.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support an active caseload.
• Conduct parent assessments within education and career planning context.
• Help parents identify goals and provide career guidance.
• Develop and review participation plans with parents.
• Build partnerships with local stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation and compliance in CRM.
