You will provide person-centred case management, connect participants to education or employment supports, and engage with community organisations to create opportunities.

A warm, child-friendly service is essential. Requirements include a minimum Certificate III in a relevant field (Social Work, Community Services, Education, Early Childhood Education

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Certificate III in a relevant field (Social Work, Community Services, Education, Early Childhood Education and Care, Health or Society and Culture) or Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Ability to write resumes, cover letters, assessments, referrals and case notes.
• Strong knowledge of the Labour Market and local employment opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Provide person-centred case management for eligible parents with young children.
• Address vocational and non-vocational needs.
• Support parents' aspirations through tailored guidance and referrals to internal and external services.
• Engage with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
• Deliver a calm, respectful, child-friendly service and sustain engagement.
• Build trusted relationships to help clients achieve positive outcomes.
