Job summary

National Landcare Network is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead NLN's corporate and operational functions in Canberra. This hands-on role focuses on financial management, business systems rollout (Employment Hero and a CRM), procurement, risk and continuous improvement to support Landcare across Australia.

You will report to the CEO and work with State/Territory Landcare Organisations to drive efficiencies and build organisational capability through shared services and robust

Qualifications

• Experience managing finance and corporate operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience implementing business systems and leading organisational change.
• Not-for-profit sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NLN's operational functions and ensure effective systems and controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls.
• Lead the rollout of Employment Hero and an organisation-wide CRM system.
• Develop shared services and initiatives to improve operational capability across the network.
• Ensure HR processes, facilities, contracts, insurances and records management are robust.
