Job summary

NSW Land Registry Services in Sydney CBD seeks an experienced Operations Performance Lead to partner with senior leaders, drive performance, and deliver insights across Dealing Operations. You will enable proactive planning, allocate resources, and support continuous improvement within a regulated land titles environment.

You will contribute to forecasting, capacity planning and transformation programs, acting as a trusted adviser to leaders and collaborating across teams to maintain service

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated operational service delivery environment such as dealing/deed examination, registration or high-volume processing.
• Ability to use performance reporting and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload allocation across Dealing Operations to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor operational demand, capacity and workflow distribution; adjust for leave and escalations.
• Analyse performance data and provide insights to senior leaders to drive improvements.
• Develop forecasts, scenario modelling and forward planning for workforce capacity.
• Identify bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives across dealing, deed lodgment, examination and registration.
