Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist for the South Coast region, based in Batehaven, NSW. You will work within the Clinical Care & Practice Team, delivering home visits and clinic-based activities with a broad caseload, while maintaining client-centred goals and collaborative care.

You’ll assess functional needs, set clear goals, and provide treatment in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment with travel between client homes and HammondCare locations; a reliable

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration or demonstrated knowledge in Rehabilitation or Aged Care

Responsibilities

• Conduct client home visits and group activities across settings (in-home or clinic).
• Deliver person-centred care with a focus on quality improvement in line with HammondCare and AHPRA.
• Assess functional care needs, set goals, and provide treatment/interventions with multidisciplinary teams.
