Job summary

HammondCare in New South Wales is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a permanent part-time role (3 days) based in Horsley or Nowra, serving the Illawarra region. You’ll work within the Clinical Care & Practice Team, assessing needs, setting goals, and delivering treatment including in-home rehab or clinic-based care.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting (inpatient/outpatient, community).
• Strong communication skills and time management.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional care needs and set clear care goals.
• Provide treatment and intervention for clients.
• Deliver client home visits and group activities.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure person-centred care.
