HammondCare in NSW is seeking a permanent part-time Occupational Therapist to join the Clinical Care & Practice Team. You will assess functional care needs, set clear goals, and deliver person-centred treatment within the community, including home visits.

Work across in-home rehabilitation or clinic settings with a multi-disciplinary team, enjoy autonomy to structure your day, and benefit from flexible hybrid arrangements and a supportive not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting.
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional care needs and set clear care goals.
• Provide treatment and intervention; deliver client home visits and group activities across settings.
