Ability to think in a logical thought process, remain calm in changing priorities and challenging situations.
Willing to work in varied shift patterns including alternate weekend shift.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to maintain a friendly, calm and professional manner and strict confidentiality.
Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.
Must have or willing to obtain a Working With Children Check for Paid Employment purpose.

Responsibilities

Monitor On-Time-Running (OTR) of bus fleet using PTIPS and uphold KPI’s.
Use TRBOnet radio to contact fleet and respond to calls and open channel requests.
Identify information from drivers and resolve issues on the radio.
Coordinate with mechanical staff for breakdowns and change-overs; arrange service.
Escalate major incidents and arrange CDC representation on scene.
Despatch services and arrange replacement buses as needed to assist passengers.
Communicate safety issues and instructions to drivers.
Liaise with depots and drivers to relay requests and provide instructions.
