Concentrix is hiring a Part-Time contact centre advisor in Townsville, Australia. You will be the first point of contact, guiding and solving real-world questions for members, via phone, chat and email.

The role includes a four-week full-time training plus two weeks of nesting support before transitioning to part-time hours. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM–8PM on a rotating roster; choose from 30hrs, 25hrs, 22.5hrs or 20hrs per week.

Imagine being the first point of contact for Australians reaching out for help with their superannuation -guiding, supporting, and solving real-world questions every day. You’ll work Part-Time with a respected superannuation partner within the financial sector, helping members feel confident about their future.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 8PM (rotating roster)

Choose from the following Part-Time work week schedule: 30hrs, 25hrs, 22.5 hours or 20hrs.

Paid Training: 4 weeks full-time training + 2 weeks full-time nesting support (moving to Part-Time after this)
