Qualifications

• Previous GP Medical Receptionist experience is ideal.
• Best Practice experience is advantageous.
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner; register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the clinic's system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and connect patients with the care team.
• Answer questions confidently and keep the practice running smoothly.
• Process payments, health insurance claims and billing inquiries with confidentiality.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and stocked supplies.
• Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
