Job summary

Therian on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Marketing & Events coordinator for a hands-on role in the in-house marketing team. This part-time position runs approx five hours per day, Monday to Friday, based at the Ashmore office with flexible start and finish times.

You’ll manage social media planning, content creation, campaigns and event coordination across the business, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on schedule and aligned with campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in marketing coordination or similar hands-on role.
• Experience coordinating campaigns or events from brief through delivery.
• Strong organisational and multi-deadline management skills.
• Excellent written communication and brand presentation.
• Experience in B2B environments and veterinary/animal care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish social media content aligned with campaigns.
• Develop day-to-day content and basic visual assets.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
• Organise event requirements, registrations, venues and suppliers.
• Liaise with designers, printers, and external partners.
• Assist with marketing budget tracking and supplier documentation.
