Job summary

Greenridge Connect is looking for a flexible part-time team member to support our Production Managers in the daily operation of our communications and mail house.

This casual role offers approximately 20-25 hours per week across five days, based at our Freighter Avenue office in Wilsonton. You will train on the job and may receive additional hours when other team members are away or for urgent jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and basic office software.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Police check, and drug and alcohol testing will be required.

Responsibilities

• Processing data files to create, print and post daily letters for clients.
• Operating mail processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily processing targets.
• Maintaining the general tidiness of the mailroom.
• General office administration and other ad hoc duties.
• Following company policies and workplace health and safety procedures.
