Job summary

Grace Worldwide is seeking a reliable Mail & Courier Officer to manage the collection, delivery and distribution of mail across multiple locations on the Gold Coast. The role combines driving, courier services and administration to keep our operations moving smoothly.

You will handle confidential correspondence, maintain records, and liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, while upholding safety and security procedures in a supportive teamwork environment.

Qualifications

• Current driver licence and a safe driving record.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident following procedures and security protocols.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Previous courier, mailroom, logistics or administration experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled mail and courier collections and deliveries.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
• Safely handle confidential, sensitive and registered correspondence.
• Record and track mail, parcels and deliveries using electronic systems.
• Maintain accurate records and complete filing, data entry and general administration.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate deliveries.
